Stopping Smoking

Smoking is a habit which is easy to break.

Hypnotherapy is a very effective way to help you if you genuinely want to stop smoking but are finding it difficult to do so. When you stop smoking you will be physically healthier and psychologically more positive and empowered by your decision to take control of your life.

One 2 hour session will involve an analysis of your smoking habits followed by discussion of the positive reasons for stopping smoking. Hypnosis will include visualisation, positive suggestions, confidence building and motivation whilst accessing the power of your unconscious mind. This will help create a positive force to overcome the habit of smoking which will then be carried forward into your everyday life as a ‘non-smoker’.

This session is not for you if you only want to reduce your smoking or think you can be a part-time smoker, or if your husband or your Mum wants you to stop.

This session is for you when you are ready to be a non-smoker.
